NO CROP MARKS, imbed pictures
& fonts (use only postscript type 1 or opentype - no truetype or
composite fonts), don't use type styling such as italics or bold -
instead use the actual italic or bold font, "live" matter (type and
critical images) at least 1/4" from trim edge, print area centered, ads
with bleeds - reset page size larger to accommodate bleed or pdf
creator will cut ad at trim, convert RGB images to CMYK, don't nest eps
within an eps, job options in distiller set to "press" not "print"
